About AIM
AIM is a trade school that specializes in Industrial Automation and preparing today's workers for the jobs of tomorrow.
We are a 100% woman-owned and operated school with a passion for helping people, impacting our industry and changing the game.
We were founded in 2023 on a mission to provide answers for the two most common questions we hear in the industry:
How can we invest in training our people with little disruption to our production?
Where can we recruit new workers that require minimal additional training and have the skills and confidence to contribute right away?
Being the industry's answer to these questions requires forming close bonds with our corporate partners to understand their needs at a deep level, collaborating with supporting agencies to garner their support, listening to our former students for ways to improve and taking swift action to implement the best recommendations. When we combine this process with our culture that supports continuous improvement, constant change and innovation, we are poised to be the industry's answer. It's not easy, but nothing worth pursuing is.
We are a school that prioritizes leading over following, innovation over stagnation, flexibility over rigidity, people over process and relationships over transactions.
It's the success of others that fuels us and why we show up each day.
