This course covers basic industrial safety. It is designed to provide the trainees with an understanding of OSHA, its history, how to find and read OSHA standards, and understanding your rights as a worker. Topics include an Introduction to OSHA, Walking and Working Surfaces, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Hazard Communications, Machine Guarding, Confined Space Safety, Forklift Safety, Lockout/Tagout, and other topics relevant to the client’s needs. Upon successful completion of this training course, participants will receive an OSHA 10 course completion card.
